The incident took place at around 10:30 pm on Nach dem Seehausstrasse in Neudorfer Forstadt.

The man (34) was walking on the sidewalk in the direction of Liebknechtstrasse. A 39-year-old man and his companion were walking in front of him. They had one dog on a leash, and the other two were roaming free in the meadow.

Police say a medium-sized dog suddenly ran up to him and bit the 34-year-old man’s arm without any prior provocation.
